Can’t We All Just Get Along?
This month’s podcast is called “Ladies, Let’s Get Beyond Petty!” It tackles the pink elephant in the room of why women don’t treat each other very well. We’ve all experienced it at one time or another and it doesn’t feel very good, does it? Jenn and I discuss certain scenarios where this has happened to each of us and talk about how we deal with it. One thing is for sure, you are not alone in feeling left out, ignored, gossiped about and more. We want to take the high road and support each other instead. What a refreshing concept! Coincidentally, Oprah recently aired a Lifeclass including guest speaker Iyanla Vanzant on the topic called “Terrible Things Women Do to Each Other”. It aired on September 2nd and can be watched via your computer at http://www.oprah.com/oprahs-lifeclass/oprahs-lifeclass.html. Oprah and Iyanla take it to the next level and beyond by hashing out why women can be so mean. It’s a must see for every woman. You won’t be disappointed!
On the lighter side, we have two new Must Have’s added to our growing list. The first is a great cookbook recommended by Jenn called “Everyday Italian. 125 Simple and Delicious Recipes” by Giada De Laurentiis. The second is my suggestion. It is called FrogTape. This is the best painter’s tape….EVER. Lastly, Jenn is diligently working on Fall Fashion for this 2012 season. I personally can’t wait to see what she comes up with because I have no idea what’s hot for Fall. I’m just happy I got my kids off to school without a hitch. Whew!
Stay Tuned!

Read! Read! Read!
Although we are half way through the summer already, it’s never too late to read a good book. In our latest podcast, Jenn and I decided to review the controversial book “Fifty Shades of Grey”, by E.L. James. I don’t know about your neck of the woods, but here in the suburbs of Philadelphia this book is a red hot topic. We both have seen women reading this book at the local pool, game sidelines and also discussed at the water cooler. People are passing this book around like a hot potato. What about in your area? The podcast is a little longer this time, but I think you’ll enjoy the banter. Aside from listening to it here at our website, you can also download it from itunes. Just type want2bepodcast in the search field.
Take a look at Jenn’s Summer outfit suggestion. Plaid shorts, a tank top and flip flops. So simple, but so cute. The shirt and shorts cost only $14! Read her Summer 2012 Fashion Page to find out where.
As always, we’ve added a few more Must Have’s. There are snacking bowls from IKEA, powdered foundation by L’Oreal, Essie Luxeffects Nail Polish top coat and of course, the “Fifty Shades Trilogy”. Also, take a look at the best marriage proposal I’ve ever seen. Check it out at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_v7QrIW0zY. Don’t forget to grab some tissues. Lastly, we always want to share ideas we think will “make your day”. If you have any product suggestions, email us using the Contact Us tab.
Happy Reading! Happy Summer!

Welcome to Spring!
I hope this season is starting to give you a skip in your step. For me, this weather change is long awaited and nothing is better than getting outdoors , smelling fresh cut grass, pulling weeds and planting annuals. With each new day, it gets us that much closer to summer and warm weather. With that in mind, we have exciting Spring fashion trends to explore. Jenn has put together an outfit ANYONE can wear, no matter what your size. So, take a look at the Spring Fashion 2012 page. We also have recorded Podcast #6. When you get a free moment……yes, give yourself that free moment and take a listen. Our discussion asks, “Who’s more work? Your husband or your kids?” We had a good laugh recording it, so we hope it gives you a chuckle. Happy listening!

Bonjour!
We hope you all are getting to enjoy the beautiful weather we have had here in suburban Philadelphia. It is hard to believe winter is coming to a close so early, but we are thrilled to be thinking about spring fashion. Jenn is working diligently on providing everyone some fabulous ensembles. Can’t wait for the photos. Below you will find our latest podcast for your listening pleasure. In this episode Jenn discusses her experience with trying the latest shampoo rival to the famous and pricey, Wen shampoo. It is called Hair One Cleanser and Conditioner and sells for approximately $15 a bottle whereas Wen runs more than double. We also talk about how much we HATE going to the grocery store each week and laugh at the interesting shoppers and situations we encounter. Hope you can relate. Enjoy!
Cheers!

What’s New at Want2Be?
Hello listeners and readers! Jenn and I are finally back from a bit of a hiatus. We’ve been trying to get back on track from the holidays and the month of January has seemed to pass like a flash. Therefore, we apologize for the delay but ARE happy to report we are up and running again.
With that said, we have a lot of great information sharing for you. The first is our latest podcast. This is Podcast #4 for us and it discusses the horror of buying a magnifying mirror. If you have one or are thinking of buying one, then this podcast is for you. You’ll never look at a magnifying mirror again….literally!
Next, check out our Must Have’s. We have about 9 new items we feel are worth giving a try. If you like wine, we’ve got 2 favorite selections. One is a Pinot Grigio and another for a Malbec wine. There are also beauty product recommendations for Hair Spray, Body Mist, Lip Gloss, Dry Shampoo, Eyeliner and Nail Polish. And before the winter is through, take a look at a great deal on Flannel Pajamas, while supplies last. Jenn also wanted to report that she bought the Jilbere Palladium Ceramic Hair Dryer and LOVES it! The $59.99 seems to be well worth the price. Thanks Amy C. for offering the idea!
We’ve also added 2 new categories under our Must Have’s. They are Must Exercise and Must Do. Can you guess what Must Exercise is about? Yes, that’s it! Dreaded exercises to maintain good health….or so they say. Jenn’s husband, Brian has been an athletic trainer for over 20 years and has agreed to give us torturous tips on targeting specific problem areas. His first suggestion is for the butt. Enjoy the burn ladies! The Must Do’s are simple, random ideas about how to give yourself a nice treat. This time, we want you to take one evening for yourself and paint your nails! You’ll be amazed at the pick me up it gives you!
Lastly, we have a wonderful Fab Interview. We have profiled Melissa Perrine who is 46 years old and going back to college for her undergraduate degree. If you’ve ever considered going back to school, we believe you will find this Q & A interesting and inspiring. Happy reading!
We hope you welcome our latest product recommendations and thoughts on how to pamper yourself. In the works, I will be reviewing my experience with renting a designer dress online. Hmm…Let’s hope it fits. Stay tuned….
Cheers!
